This woman was bothered by the tired appearance of her eyes and felt that this area aged her face the most. Dr. Yeh performed an Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer to the lower eyelids and midface, as well as a Laser Skin Resurfacing to the lower eyelid skin to eliminate wrinkles in this area. Note the significant improvement in the contour of the lower eyelid area and the rejuvenated appearance this produces.
