This woman was bothered by the tired appearance of her eyes, irregularities of her cheek skin including prior severe acne scarring, and deeper lines around her mouth and forehead. Dr. Yeh performed a full face fat transfer and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to reduce the severity of the lines, soften the facial skin, and brighten the eyes.
