This woman developed a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer on her left nasal ala and underwent Mohs surgery to remove the skin cancer. Dr. Yeh performed a Nasal reconstruction with a cartilage graft from her ear to prevent nostril retraction as well as a local nasal flap to close the defect and minimize facial scarring.
