This woman developed a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer on the lower aspect of his right nasal ala. She had Mohs surgery to remove the skin cancer and Dr. Yeh performed a Nasal Reconstruction to help restore a normal appearance to this area. A local nasal flap was used to close the defect and prevent nostril retraction.
